I’ve been a self taught artist of many mediums ever since I can remember. I’m thankful my mother prioritized and praised my art growing up, it’s always felt very natural, and became a crucial outlet for me as I endured a bumpy ride to adulthood. Olive is my grandmothers name. She’s a very special human in my life. She always hated her name but I thought it was beautiful, and ofc it was the first thing to come to mind when I had to choose a business name. I started out with polymer clay 3 years ago but have also branched into other mediums such as resin, laser cut art, to my most recent addition of metalsmithing and beaded work jewelry.
Olive Alchemy is only 3 years in the making but my art has always been my first baby. I’ve been a painter most of my life but sculpting work through clay has taken up most of my time and what I’m most known for. I’m amazed how far my voice and artistic fingerprint goes with clay, it’s such a magical medium! I strive to continue learning and I can’t wait to share more with you along this journey of pursing my art professionally 🖤
